Kosljun is small island only 200 meters from Punat. You can visit the island with fast taxi boats from Punat, price is around 2,00 Euro. On the island is situated Franciscan monastery. Archives and library in monastery contain over 20,000 volumes, some of which are invaluable rare copies. There is also impressive ethnographic museum, a natural history and numismatic collection, as well as a permanent exhibition of sacral art. On the island is forbidden bathing and there aren`t any bars or restaurants. Entrance fee for the island is 2,00 Euro.

DIRECTIONS: Just follow the main road to the the city Krk, pass the city and after 2 km follow the signs for Punat, go into city center and search for taxi boat.
